Exhibitor Space Information
Each exhibitor space consists of a 6 foot table with a black cloth cover and two chairs. They are not cordoned off.
Setup and Exhibit Times
On Saturday Exhibits can be set up in the ballroom from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday evening is our Exhibitor Reception from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
On Sunday Exhibits are open from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Sunday Exhibits breaks are from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and 2:30 pm to 3:10 pm. Sunday Evening, Exhibitors are welcome to attend our dinner at Nuevo Modern Mexican and Tequila Bar from 6:15 pm to 9:00 pm.
On Monday Exhibits are open from 7:00 am to 2:45 pm. Monday Exhibits breaks are from 7:00 am to 8:30 am (during breakfast), 10:00 am to 10:15 am (just a little break), and 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm. Exhibitors are welcome to stay until the end of the Panel Presentation at 3:45 pm or pack up at 2:45 pm.

Boxes can be shipped to The Westin Cleveland Downtown, starting two days prior to our event, which means that the hotel will begin receiving boxes no earlier than October 3, 2018. On the shipping label, please include the name of our event using the following address format:
