While, it has been challenging to learn PubMed, the terminology, ILL procedures, vendor negotiating, etc. in just a few short months, I have had some wonderful folks to support me: our local network of affiliated hospitals (NMIS), headed by Chris Williams, and the staff at our consortium, NEOUCOM. I am especially grateful to Charlotte Sievert at Barberton Hospital; she volunteered to be my mentor from the get-go and her advice has been invaluable.
