Omni Severin Hotel is the official site of the 2003 Midwest Chapter/Medical Library Association's Annual Meeting. One of the city's most elegant hotels, the Omni Severin is centrally located in downtown Indianapolis. Features include an indoor heated pool and a skywalk to the Circle Centre Mall, home to 100+ upscale stores and restaurants. The special conference room rate of $129/night applies to all rooms (flat rate). Tax rate for guest rooms is 12%. Make reservations by 8/20/03 to insure rate. Reservations after 8/20/03 will be based on standard rates and availability. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are reserved for the conference. Smoking rooms are first come, first serve. Reserve early if you require a smoking room. Transportation The Omni does not offer complimentary airport transportation. Please see our Travel Page for suggestions and links. Parking The Omni's valet parking is $19 per day, charged directly to your hotel bill. Valet service allows unlimited in & out/coming & going. Non-valet will require payment with each time a person comes or goes. Non-valet parking is available in garages near the hotel at Illinois & Pan Am Plaza and at the Circle Centre Mall. These are hourly rate parking garages, prices vary. Circle Centre Mall- (317.681-5672) charges $16.00/night Monday-Friday; $9.00 per night Sat-Sun. This is a 'discouragement fee for over night parking.' However if people come in for just a morning or afternoon its much less expensive for hourly parking during the day. |
